What would be a special day for my girlfriend turned out to be a disappointing experience. The saleswoman apparently had little interest in her last appointment of the day and she showed that from minute 1. 0 empathy, 0 professionalism and a lot to learn in the field of hospitality.

After reading past reviews, we were not expecting to have an amazing experience. However, the warm welcome and professionalism of Kenza, plus a large selection of very different styles made this a magical moment. I hope future clients are as lucky as we were.

I give my opinion on the first fitting. I went there with the feet of lead because this store suffers from a bad reputation. I still wanted to go there, because it is one of the stores with the best supplies of dresses and they have all styles! We were very well received. The person who took care of me really listened to me, she also took into account the opinions of the guides. She allowed us to take pictures. And despite an absence of purchase on my part, she offered us bubbles because it's an almost yes, and it's Friday. I came away delighted.

Today I had an appointment at 10am at Le Chapeau to try on some wedding dresses. I had done some research before and I knew what I was looking for as I am a big fan of one of the collections they have and so I could show what they had in a very nice and smooth way. I can only say much good about Le Chapeau, as I have been helped with a big smile, very friendly, respectful, honest and with a lot of patience I found my wedding dress here today. They have a very satisfied customer here, many greetings & keep up the good work!

Very large bridal shop with a huge selection of dresses. I have been helped very well by Heidy, a very skilled saleswoman. I can't wait until I can wear my dress in August.

Very dissatisfied! Never go here! You are barked after every question you ask. The saleswoman clearly did not feel like it! This was my first pass session that normally had to be fun and cozy, but unfortunately turned out to be a RAMP! Went outside with a terrible feeling!

Too expensive plastic shoes that were dyed in the color of the dress. However, not color-fast so that after the photos in the damp grass there were all white ugly spots on the shoes. The store has hundreds and hundreds of dresses, you can definitely find your perfect dress inside. Christine was very friendly and helpful, really dedicated to find me the dress of my dreams. They cared a lot about my budget, finding dresses that don't go too far from it. I found a dress that I LOVED but was over my budget, but Christine managed to get me a discount to fit my plans, I was very happy!. At the beginning everyone was very serious which made me think they were a bit stiff but this changed, they loosened up after my second appointment. I recommend everyone who is looking for a wedding dress to take a look at this shop.

Good 1st paid home, dress ordered too big, very expensive touch ups and no acceptable solution received despite many alterations .. Bride in tears and disappointed, and despite the staff very patient and helpful but apparently limited in the decisions .. he we stay 2 months to find a solution elsewhere ... while having paid all. So at that price, that's what we expect ! Unfortunately store to discourage for a serene bride!

Most BAD shopping experience EVER had last weekend. What was going to be a super fun afternoon turned out to be a total disaster. We went to look for a suit rug for me, for which I had won a voucher via Facebook. The saleswoman at Le Chapeau in ANTWERP had a different idea of ​​that. Totally RESPECTLESS, ARROGANT and HAUTAINE she dealt with us .. I have never seen this. The competition was ultimately a kind of "scam", because when we arrived at the counter after searching for a rug, it turned out that the voucher didn't really count. The conditions of the competition stated that you had to choose a rug from the stock sale (which is always in discount), but in the store you had to choose, either the sales or the receipt. So basically if you just go to the store, you also have the discount and the coupon is worth NIKS. Eventually this turned out to be a serious fight and I almost went outside in tears .. DISGUSTING!

I really do not understand the negative reactions, I could not have dreamed a better search for my dress. First of all, I had a very friendly consultant (Stefanie?), Who helped very patiently search, even though it took us a while to go in the right direction. The personal questions at the beginning were very useful because it also ensured that you fitted a dress that you not only liked, but that also matched your personality. She never recommended anything that was outside of our budget and was immediately enthusiastic about the shoes and earrings that I had brought without suggesting anything else (I have already experienced that differently in other stores). My mom and two witnesses were all seated and we were all offered something to drink (every fitting!). They also have an extensive and beautiful collection, I really found my dream dress there ... After the successful search, I also received a glass of cava. I was allowed to fit in a large room with a lot of privacy (I have experienced it differently elsewhere). Choosing was really an unforgettable moment for me and my partners. The following agreements also went well, the retouches were also in order, you had to pay extra but the price was mainly fair. They also find a solution to every possible problem, I didn't have the impression that something was too much trouble. The seamstress was also very friendly and professional. A few downsides: not all the dresses on display on the site, they have effectively in collection. As a deposit you have to pay 50% immediately, that is a bit of a swallow. The following fitting times must take place every week and when searching for your dress it is also suggested to retouch certain things, but I found that very difficult to imagine. But that really doesn't outweigh the experience that people have given me there, just thanks for that. So, for the people who feel scared by the negative reviews (I honestly was too), my experience is not at all consistent with that.

Top service. THE place for festive and high quality outfits! I had a super nice experience there (required an appointment). It ttok almost 2hrs looking 4 an outfit (dress with top), try on several, all with a professional advice. Your choice will later be adjusted to your measure (separate cost) and u can also add accessories 2 fit your dress, very helpful! :) Soon, their wedding section will b there as well

Very disapointed. I received sms (number unknown therefore!) Aggressive and derogatory of a saleswoman because I had not given news quickly enough about a dress for which I hesitated and they had to return to the factory if I did not take it. Total lack of professionalism when we are not going in the direction of the purchase. Zeer teleurgesteld. Kreeg aggressieve en denigrerende berichtjes (onbekend nummer!) Van een verkoopster omdat ik niet snel genoeg nieuws had gegeven over een jurk waarvoor ik aarzelde en die ze naar fabriek moesten terugkeren als ik het niet nam. Despite this, a pre-sent mood board (which was only watched by them for the first time at the time) and a few 'personality questions', the saleswoman did not succeed in presenting me the right kind of dresses. The saleswoman was previously uninterested and did not seem to listen to the feedback given on the appropriate dresses. After less than an hour, I got a kind of 'buzzergeluid' from the store, with the excuse that they had no dress for me (that they could already have known during the preliminary talk) and that you normally still do not find dress in the first store you visit .. It was clear that they were purely for profit and felt that there was no sale to come, so they no longer wanted to waste time on me .. In short, a very unpleasant experience .. Very unfortunate, because this CAN and MUST also be different. If fitting a dress should be all stress, then something is wrong if you ask me ..

Had a very bad experience at Le Chapeau. A 3 hour workshop was shortened to 45 minutes. The bride was literally speaking out of the store in her underwear. The saleswoman / stylist lacked any professionalism, enthusiasm and empathy not to mention the manager at all. All decency was lacking to explain this decision. Total happy experience for an expectant bride was not there. Bride had to leave the shop in tears and disillusion. All they have sold is a traumatic experience.

This afternoon I went with a good friend to Le Chapeau, to try on wedding dresses for the first time. What should have been such a beautiful and joyful experience turned into a total disappointment and gigantic disappointment. I'm so sorry for my good friend; she has been deprived of "her moment". After that, a number of dresses were shown by the stylist that totally did not match the photos shared a few days before and what was discussed at the beginning of the session. Afterwards it turned out that they had little or no collection of the intended type of dresses. This was not reported in advance, in order to adjust our expectations. In addition, the stylist lacked inspiration and cheerful mood, which did not benefit the experience either. Suddenly, after 45 minutes, the fitting appointment originally scheduled for 3 o'clock came to an abrupt end. The stylist could give no reason for the sudden termination, other than that it came from her manager. The manager in question did not have the decency to speak to us. My girlfriend had to leave the store in tears. I've never had such a bad shopping experience; there was a total lack of professionalism and service orientation among employees. Moreover, they had no empathy for the impact this nasty experience has on the bride-to-be .. Downright scandalous!

My daughter was married last August in a wonderfully unique Le Chapeau robe. The first visit and the fitting in the store were always a celebration. The rug had to be ordered from the manufacturer in the right size; it then fitted like a glove. We also bought my suit and the bride's sister's dress at Le Chapeau. Here too the service and the product were picco bello! We all left the store as super satisfied customers. My 2nd daughter is getting married next summer and we will soon be choosing our clothes again ... at Le Chapeau of course.
